In power and type i'd say arcues but because he is a cheat, any pokemon could be better by useing the right move with the aibilty with the right item . Very Happy

i agree with arceus considering he is one of the cheapest pokemon in the game. Especially the Michina arceus i have. Both pokemon are basically banned from all tournaments so don't even bother using them. Just replace it with a pokemon that helps your team out. For pokemon info remember to check the guides section if you need help.
